All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping. Customised orders cannot be cancelled, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.
For International orders, the time of delivery varies with each country and their import and customs regulations. (Average delivery time 25-40 Business working days). P.S.
